I am 4months out today! I am 105 lbs fown since started on march 14, 2013. I am down 70 lbs since surgery!!! Just wanted to tell you good luck on your journey

Congrats everyone and good luck I am a week post op and I am steadily losing 2 lbs a day!!!!! Stay positive as my psychologist says they are all just blips in time until the picture comes together!!!!

Thank you yes I was upset but its definitely dont have a choice and after how I have felt for the last couple days tgere would never b a reversal

Ok it was the best choice for my body and for my life. I didnt tell anyone this so that I would cause an uproar . I told u so that you could see that the drs really do have the best interests in heart . So I can live with this decision. I want you to trust your drs

I am 3.5 days post-op heading home!!! I did end up with a shocker when I woke up from surgery I ended up with a gastric sleeve due to my liver being too fatty and this was a safer option but they made the poach the smallest banana they could...just cant wait to get home

surgery is in 2 days andi must be masking my anxiety bc i broke out in hives and had to take a xanax and a benedryl w in an hour i was back to normal but my body does that when i am in denial in my head lol

I dont know if this will help but have u heard of advocare products I drink spark for some added natural energy and I add that to my vanilla protein shake at lunch and its delicious

lol I a only a 38c I told my hubby i will need a boob job after all weight is gone!!!

eat tpns of sugarfree popsicles!! yes I have cheated a couple times but I am still at 14 lbs loss for a week and still have a week to go!!!!!
