When can we have diet soda again?

I had a coke zero last nite a felt fine. Just took tiny sips of it. I never really drank mich soda before but just wantes something different other than crystal light or water..Thanks all for your advice

I have constant nausea and eventually I vomit the food I attempt to eat. Also about an hour or more I feel like I have food stuck in my throat and/or heartburn. Anyone ever experience this?

Hello I was able to eat cottage cheese 2 wks post op.. I am a little over 1 month post and I am eating small bites of low fat food. I eat very tiny amounts of food everyday and I gained 10 lbs..

Anyone ever have continous numbness or tingling in their left leg? I have for a couple of days now. it comes and goes and goes all the way up to my waist on the left side only..

Hey guys, well it took over an hour to pass but it did. God it was the most horrible thing I have ever experienced!! I am guessing it was the skim milk I had added in my soup. I had my 2 wk visit with my Dr today and he says most likely it was the milk or the cheese in soup that caused it. Great news though, I dropped 32 lbs!!! Yayyy me (does happy dance)!!!! I wanna thank everyone for their advice! I ended up walking around the house, then when I couldnt do tht anymore I sat in my living room and prayed I didnt vomit, I also promised myself not to ever eat that again at least til way later on lol

So my friend of more than 15 yrs rarely speaks to me. Ever since I told her I was having the gastric bypass done she has slowly stopped texting, emailing or calling me. What do you guys think about that?

Casey, I hope that you having surgery doesnt put a dent in your friendships.. I think your making a great decision, stick to it and enjoy the new you with your children. U can do it!! I am only 8 days post op, but I am not not regretting my decision one bit, just because of my best friends jelousy. I figure what type of friend is that, theres more friends out there just havent met them yet
