I need some advice, had surgery June 21st and I still don't have a lot of energy. I don't know how I'm suppose to exercise when vacuuming one room exhausts me.

I'm having a hard time lately with eating. I'm 4 weeks out and I don't think anything tastes good anymore. I'm even having a hard time finding a liquid I can handle all day. I thought protein shakes would help on days like that but I can't even choke those down anymore :-(

Haha rest? What's that? I have an 18 mo old :-) my mom helped for first week but is now gone :-( you're right though it was a major surgery.

My surgery was on the 21st. Im doing really well bet yesterday and today I feel REALLY weak. I just have no strength, anyone else go thru this??

Day 4 post op. Just not feeling wonderful. Don't feel like eating, trying to keep up with water intake.

Tomorrow is the day. Have to be at hospital at 7am :-) getting butterflies now but still super excited

I am getting nervous too. Mine is scheduled for Fri. I don't know what im upset about most, having surgery or the hospital not letting my kids up to see me. Good luck to everyone :-)
