I got a calcium citrate in liquid for from Vitamax.com. Not bad tasting either.

I am so tired of scheduling my crushed meds and Vitamins to coincide with Water and gall bladder meds (which taste like metal) with food. I don't regret the surgery but man this is tedious! HW 300+ SW 259 CW 239 SURG 6/10/13

I started back on this after a week and now food is important again ayer 2 week s of not worring about it? ARGH! Any advice?

That's my next step. You know the funny thing is that my anxiety is close to nil since I've been home. I'm hoping some I'm making steps to get better physically, the anxiety will be manageable workout meds. That's another thing I will be chatting with my internist about at our next appt. Lol!

I mixed refried beans with some cicken broth, a little smooth ragu and just a breath of cheese (for the whole can). I was amazed how spicy it tasted. This one can had lasted since last Saturday where it used to only least two days. I'm 12 days out.

Thanks all! While sleeping in my zero gravity chair helps keep my back happy, I miss my bed. Ha! Happy almost weekend!
