Since I have been back to work, my insides are gurgling like a leaky pipe! I'm thinking of calling my reroute "Chatty Patty"! I'm trying to be really careful about swallowing air when I drink and not drink to fast. Any suggestions???

Went out to eat with my brother. I am now shocked at how much food is served at restaurants. Of course I brought the majority of my soup and potato home to eat on for the next 4 days but to see that much food at one time made me positively ILL! HW 305 SW 259 CW 236 SD 6/10/13

I love Vitacost too though I did find liquid vitamins at Walmart to!

Proactive helped my bad acne pre surgery. So far I haven't had any major probs.

My biggest dermatology pain is dry scalp. Ugh!

I did that. The metallic taste is over the top. I'm muddling through but I think Santana Claus is gonna owe me a really good present this year because I'm really trying to be good with my needs. Lol!
