I am getting enough protein (I finally reached my 75g goal!). Most have been slider foods. I don't think my meals are as well rounded as they should be. What are some things that you eat?

Hi everyone! I haven't been on in a while as there have been some drastic changes! I have accepted a new position & relocated to another state! And I must say it's weird because people don't know me 80+ pounds heavier. I get some questions about my eating choices but all in all I',m loving the change. I do have a question... Is anyone else STARVING?! It seems like every 2 1/2 hrs I am starving... Not like a "oh, I could eat" More like, "I could consume a baby animal I'm so hungry!" (no offense vegetarians)...Anyone else go through this? Any suggestions? I am so afraid of creeping back up that scale (I've only lost 10lbs in the last month). Any snack ideas? does anyone have an example of what they eat in a day? I could use any advice anyone has to give!! I've missed this forum & can't wait to read everyone's updates. Thanks! :wub:

May I please have a moment to rant?! Today is not a good day at all...I drove over 1000 miles in 24hrs, had a rough start with lack of sleep, a cranky toddler & a busy work day...was weighed this morning weighed 249...doing a double bootcamp because I missed yesterday, my team lost the relay so we had to do 1 min plank & then had to weigh in at bootcamp & they have me at 256...my instructor couldn't understand why I was so upset! I'm so pissed at the results & I'm just not happy...thanks for letting me vent Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk

So the pounds are coming off <Yippee>; so not only am I registering for a few Mud Runs (ultimate goal is Tough Mudder Challenge), but I have decided when I break the 200's I will reward myself with ziplining! I have been dying to do this & before I didn't make the weight requirement....#goals #something2strive4
