I am on day 3 of my pre op diet. I just ate a few bites of steak. It's the only time I've eaten other than the protein shakes and raw veggies that are allowed. As long as I get back on track and don't do this again I should be ok right?

Welcome! I'm going through the same thing. As soon as I scheduled the surgery I started freaking out. I'm scheduled for June 26th. I've been so preoccupied that I'm like a zombie at work & everyone keeps asking if I'm ok. We will make it through and it will all be worth it!

I've been stressing out about this. I think this scares me more than any of the physical stuff. Any advice on ideas to cope? -

Hang in there! I started with only needing 6 months of pre op stuff and its turned into 11 months but well worth the wait. It will be here faster than you know -

I'm new here. My surgery date is June 26th and now it's all starting to hit me that this is real. This is really happening and I'm freaking out! I'm glad I found this forum and look forward to having support from those going through the same thing. I guess I just need assurance that all will be ok

My surgery is June 26th and I'm on day 2 of the pre op diet. I'm so nervous and excited that I can barely drink the protein shakes.
