When did someone actuslly start it on toast? I'm craving toast pb and bannanas. I'm almost 4 wks out. But not sure if too soon.

I actua lly have been dealing very well. I work a lot and don't get time to always cook for my family. But being home after my surgery I've been enjoying making their faves and catching up. No nausea and this helps with the urges. I figure I have to deal and move on. Its helping me knowing that my 2 boys and husband have their mom full time at home atleast for a mth or so and that keeps me grounded. plus I know my goals too. I do live in the real world...food is always around me...gotta deal, get use to it and be strong!

Still on liquids. Tomorrow is last day . I can start on pureed. Whoopee! ! My list is basic.. yogurt cottage cheese, pudding, soup...... I'll take it!

Doing great! Had surgery on July 10th. No issues at all. Hospitsl staff were amazed on how well I did. I want say thanks to all of those that post...all the info here has been educating me on dos and donts. One thing I realized is that room temp water is best for me. Cold bothers a bit going down..

Fresh out of surgery with so much to learn and keep track. ..I heard of this brand. Suggestions? Comments. ..

Its official. Surgery went well today. Feeling great. So here are my stats for my losing count! Hw: 260. SW:232.... All that had surgery today I hope your doing well. Good luck for those going soon.
