Some pics from my journey....261 down to 140. Size 22/24 to a 6 & M...its been hard but so worth it. No more medication, CPap machine,illness....Hello healthy.. This forum helped me through. Good luck to all on this journey to a healthy and better you. -

Its been a while since I joined but after 16 months from surgery I feel fantastic! Reached my goal and lost 120 pounds!! Good luck to all the newbies and hola to all the veterans. -
