    May surgeries!

Good idea to drink the water! I sometimes struggle with that but been keeping bottles with me so I can drink whenever I feel the urge to eat

    May surgeries!

Wow!! Ya'll are doing great! Mine was May 20 and I'm down 85, but I've been having a hard time staying on track!!! I've started grazing again and I can't seem to get out of that habit.

    May surgeries!

I think that it could be that we are so happy and excited about our progress that we feel that euphoria from the weight loss...we have to do this....we will succeed!!

    Discharge?

Thank you so much for posting this!! I've been going crazy and feeling so gross and unclean! I had my surgery 5 months ago and the discharge still has not stopped. No UTI's or infections, no itching. Strong odor at times so I've just been using anti-bacterial cleaners. I hope this clears up soon, because I hate it, but I'm happy that I'm not the only one this has happened to! Thank you ladies for making me feel better!

    May surgeries!

I had surgery May 20 and I'm down 84 lbs Best decision I've ever made! But now I'm starting to slip into old habits again! I've been eating out and eating crap foods! I need to break this cycle again! I went through so much and I don't want to gain weight back....why do I go for the crap foods??? Anyone know how to stop the cravings or try and limit them???

    Losing SO slow

This is so me as well! Thank you for posting I've been feeling like a failure but when you look at the big picture, we've come along way and will continue to get to our goal. Don't let people try and get you down when they keep asking how much you've lost, slow and steady wins the race!
