It definitely could be the fat content or eating too fast. During this time you're still healing so you have to remember to take it easy, eat slow. I would get sick as well. Eat jell-o, broths, clear stuff for now and then revisit the creamy stuff like yogurt and cream soups. Eat sugar free Popsicles those will help with dehydration. Some days it was all I could keep down. If it doesn't get better by next week, I would contact your doctor. -

That is a tough one!! Hair looks beautiful! I say wait it out and use your clip ins for fullness when needed. I'm jealous because my hair doesn't grow anymore and now it really won't grow as I'm losing it so I have to keep it short. Work it girl!! -
