I bought some things yesterday, but I'm not really sure what to pack. I will be staying near the Mayo, since it is a 5 hr. drive to my home. I bought a nightgown/robe set for the hospital. A housecoat for the hotel, as well as two roomy house dresses. I will be taking a swimsuit. My doctor said I could go in the pool immediately, because he is using body glue on the incisions. I live in Florida, so walking in the pool will be a lot cooler. I also bought some slippers and flip flops. Except for toiletries, I don't know what else I should pack. Obviously, I'm taking my Protein powder and Crystal Light. I should be home before I need the food processor. If anyone thinks I need more than this, please tell me. BTW, I'm scared!

I received my insurance approval today. My surgery is scheduled for August 20 at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida. It's a 5 hr. trip for me, so I'll be staying in Jacksonville for several days after surgery. I'm very nervous!!!
