FINALLY.... I have broken the plateau I was on and have lost 4 more pounds. The plateau was all my doing, too much snacking and not enough exercise. Im getting back on track and its finally showing :shades_smile: I was wondering if anyone else has problems with their scales. I have a digital scale and I usually get a different weight every time I weigh myself. For example I will weigh myself and get a number that is way lower than I know it should be so I will do it again and get something totally different... up to 5 lbs different. I have gotten into the habit of waiting till I get a relatively same number a few days in a row before I will say thats where I am. Anyone have any thoughts on this? The Curves that I belong to has the new Curves Smart system. Each machine is set up with a sensor system and you run your tag over it to sign in. It tells you if you are working at your optimum level, under it or over it. All the information is sent to a computer. When you are done with your workout it will show you many things including how many calories you burned and which areas of the body you may not be working hard enough. All your stats are programmed into the computer before you start and are updated when you are weighed and measured every month which gives you a workout designed especially for you. After I started this program it showed me just how hard I wasnt working without it. Its like having a personal trainer looking over your shoulder telling you to work harder. Oh and the average calories that I burn for the 30 minutes I am there is between 580 and 610.

I know the feeling. I still have a long way to go but now when I go to put on my jeans I look at them and think that there is no way my butt is going to fit into them. And that is after having worn them many times.

Mama how long have you gone without losing any weight? With me I have a week or so every month beginning just before my period starts where I dont lose anything at all. Was frustrating for me at first but I have gotten use to it and look forward to when the lbs start to come off again after my water weight is gone.

Yes it is normal. I lost saline after my first and second fill. On the third fill they used the "sticky" stuff. Not sure what it actually is but it isnt suppose to evaporate out of the band. Hopefully someone else will be able to give you more information about it.

Every month I have 7 to 10 days just before my period starts where I wont lose any weight. But what I lose the rest of the month more than makes up for it. Kinda frustrating at times but at least its an early sign that Im not pregnant lol.

I have a new close up that I just took a couple days ago that I can add. I am starting to wonder if my cheekbones are showing this much now just how much they will be showing when I lose all my weight. lol And Salsa you are looking GREAT!!
