Just had surgery on Tuesday. Take slow deep breathes to help with the anxiety. Your going to do great !!! As someone else said .... It s the first day of the rest of your life! Can't wait to hear about how great it goes! surgery date 6/11/13 HW: 364lbs. SW: 335.5

Had surgery on Tuesday. I came home today feeling pretty good. Allowed to have full liquids however protein shake felt a little heavy. I've been working on water most of the day. Crystal light isn't doing the trick. It's either too sweet or sour. Gas is not unbearable but a little uncomfortable. Hope everyone is recovering well and best of luck to those waiting for their surgery! surgery date 6/11/13 HW: 364lbs. SW: 335.5

I understand the nerves. I am 5 days away and my nerves hit at about 10 data. I've wanted this for so long. I can't even pinpoint what I'm nervous about.

I cannot believe it. I am down to 6 days and a wake up. Surgery date is June 11!!!! Here's to hoping this isn't the longest week of my life!
