Stacy97006, i added metamucil to my protien shakes (vanilla shake orange metamucil) and push as much water through you as you can stand be careful to do this slowly, no gulping. the bloating is more than likely from the internal swelling. this will pass (ha ha) it took me about five days before it passed. nothing unsual. but if you feel discomfort or have concerns call your team.

Yes i noticed it after i had my surgery....i honestly dont think its blood Yep same as Colefeet, had some trace blood that is expected but it should go away right. If you are concerned call your team and let them make the decision. Always remember the team is your first & best line of medical advise. They get these questions all of the time

We made it 30 yards out into this field and both agreed there was an above average chance of one or both of us breaking a bone if we went any further. took pictures turned back. mission deemed successful — with Alix Besecker at Hickory Run State Park.

Im going to put this out there. i know i still have a ways to go before i hit my goal weight and im healthy and happpy. and i know its a marathon not a sprint....etc etc. So with all that being said. while admiring myself in the mirror ( not an easy task ) i noticed i'm a little lopsided. is anyone else loosing "unevenly" ? im sure it will balance out EVENTUALLY but in just curious if anyone else has noticed anything similar

m not sure if i mentioned this before but if i didnt i have been remise. 2 words- Savory Oatmeal Look up the recipes!!! Seriously its way healthy and a great quick meal you can cook at the beginning of the week. Oatmeal is no longer just for breakfast. here is the one i have done twice and been very very hapy with Irish steel cut oatmeal onions whole cut mushrooms soy based bacon bits olive oil low sodium soy sage rosemary garlic salt to taste ( least bit possible) pepper Cook oatmeal seperate and use a butt load of onions and mushrooms saute the mess together and add to oatmeal as the last step. You can cut up chicken fish or turkey into it. i like mine cold but you can work out the serving temp on your own Look up other recipies they are wide and vast. next week im doing an asian oatmeal and following that a middle eastern one. low cal, low fat, full of fiber and filling..with chicken or fish you get the added protien Peace out skinny people
