I do a similar plan ( for now) as baconville. solid food is s l o w l y.... being worked into my routine. call me sick but i like the protien shakes snd yougurt. i do encourage you too walk even if you have little energy now. exercise = energy basic physics" a body at rest will stay at rest, a body in motion will stay in motion" ...or something like that :-) Trust me, i know it tough, my biggest battles are with the old me. the old me mants to sit around watching tv or some crap like that. the new me has to mentally jump the old me beat the crap out of him and drag his big ass out for a walk :-) .......the new me is fearless. and kicks ass. have a great day. its a beautiful day here in Philly come out for a walk. Just tried soft teriaki beef jerky yesterday ( NUt recommended ) . had to wade through what seemed like 500 brands but found one that was in small bite size portions , low sodium had 12 grams of protien 3 grams of fat 18 carbs and actually tasted great , had to chew it for what seemed like hours but in the end no problems. Im sure you will hit on a combo of food you will like , I have 2 healthy choice steam entrees in my fridge in terrified to try ;_ ) . Never thought i would not want to eat ... for now im hitting my numbers and that is all that matters ill worry about the rest later . Good to hear the crispy thing is working for you, now want a plain rice cake ,,,, how sick is that :-) Have a great week ... as always, your awesome !! and keep rocking the weight loss you hottie RJ

    Coffee

My Nut will never admit this but she does allow 1 cup of coffee in the morning but you CANNOT take your Iron supplement for several more hours. Caffeine retards the absorption of iron into your system. also it decreases appetite and can cause dehydration . I address these issue by eating on a schedule rather than when im actually hungry. force the 64 oz Water into my daily schedule. and take my iron supplement at night Also some of the reasons i may not have issues is i drink it several hours after my Breakfast and Vitamins , also i take my coffee black , no cream , no sugar. and my surgeon has me on a med for anti acid and ulcer preventive im sure that helps also.........so far so good, be careful
