Here's my journey so far.... I attended the first seminar in April 2013, saw the surgeon and patient advocate for the 1st visit May 14th and had my dietitian visit and patient advocate June 4th. I go for my Cardiac clearance June 6th, my Upper GI and blood work June 10th and then my Psych evaluation on June 17th. I did weight watchers Dec 2012 til March 2013 so that took care of 3 months of weight records and then they asked for an additional 3 so I take care of the last weigh in June 11th and get a copy of the PCP recommendation letter that I need. My insurance approved my surgery in July and my surgery is scheduled for September 4th, 2013. I'm excited to see a new smaller me.
