Thanks Mel3620, I did it to myself, yesterday, I didn't chew correctly, food got stuck and made me sick the rest of the day, this morning im able to hold down the meds and water. However, I'm having some discomfort in the bottom of my stomach, I'm going to pump liquids today and see if that helps. I hope you're feeling good.

Shoot, my baby is being fussy again, looks like I got to make another call to the doc office, I may have to go back for more treatment like I did last week, if I'm not able to hold anything down come morning.

Good luck, you will be just fine, let us know how you're feeling once you're able to gain strength.

Well today made my 5th week out and my experienced today, everything I ate or drank felt like it was stuck and a few minutes later I would spit up thick white mucus, therefore I phoned my surgeon office around 7pm and I received a return call, instructing me to go to the hospital's outpatient unit where I will receive lots of fluids, toradol for pain, and blood work, my nurse said I was experiencing stomach spasms, he said I will receive treatment for 3 to 4 hours for 4 days, until my stomach relaxes and after that I should be fine, God is my help...

I had insomnia before surgery and I would snore really loud, after surgery, I sleep like a baby, no nightmares, no snoring, as soon as my head hit the pillow, I'm off to a deep sleep, I bet it's your needs that's keeping you up and having nightmares.

Why no water with meals?
YoColeFleet replied to Pam Peltz's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
In my pocket that I received, no water with food because the water will move the food quickly through your pouch, when your pouch is there to slowly digest the food, so that you will stay feeling full longer. -
