Well I know surgery messes with everything but I find my bowel movements very off. I had surgery a month ago and I almost never have bowel movements. I've only have had maybe about 4 or 5 since surgery. I'm not constipated but they have me prescription for constipation that I haven't taken once, should I try them and see what happens because I know it's not healthy if I don't have movements. surgery: April 28th~~~current weight loss 20 pounds

So I was wondering if your shoe size has changed at all. I'm down about 50 and bought new sneakers and my size in mens(big foot here) is usually 10 1/2-11 but today I got a 10 tho I almost fit the 9 surgery: April 24th~~~current weight loss 43 pounds. 7 pounds to first goal

So I've felt sick for about 3 days. I puked 3 days ago and felt sick to the point where I couldn't eat. So finally today I tried to eat a very small sugar free Jello cup and still got sick from it. Besides fluids nothing is staying down but I'm feeling sick from no food. It's after hours so can't call the office. Should I finish my day off with Water and call tomorrow or what. So sorry to bring this thread back but wanted to update. So after a week plus of feeling nauteous I finally got in contact with my surgeon he told me to come in right away. I go to his office and when taking my blood pressure I start crying and sweating and vomiting to where I pretty much pass out. He admits me on hospital and I'm here 2 days. I have X-rays taken and a scope into my stomach. After all that and getting fluids I just get word all tests were fine. Nothing is wrong and I'm free to be released on about 2 hours. When asked what went wrong they said it was probly something I ate...but I can't think of anything. Not going to preach but I was scared passed few days so everyone just watch what you eat. This was a terrible experience and would HATE for others to experience. surgery: April 24th~~~current weight loss 27 pounds

Said I was really dehydrated. But even with the fluids I still feel like crap. Friday I tried calling my surgeon and nutritionist both no luck and its irritating because is important!! I was told keep drinking and eatin even if I get sick. So I been doing so but what I eat I throw up I'm happy with results so far but with these problems makes me regret the surgery a tad bit. surgery: April 24th~~~current weight loss 27 pounds

That's what I would like to do being I have pain but I have a problem. My mom currently pays for my medical being I'm out of work and she don't think it's necessary to go. When did everyone start drinking? And when you did what was it. I've heard since you should stay away from the fizzy stuff drink wine or an idea I also heard was diet snapple mixed with vodka. It is a great feeling fitting somewhere you couldn'tbefore. Day before surgery I went to movies and I was snug like a bug in that seat!! I went again about 2 weeks ago and I fit! Sure felt great. Have fun on vacation!! surgery: April 24th~~~current weight loss 27 pounds

Thats is great!! I am yet to fit into anything like that yet but km still early out. It is funny tho, my sister had the surgery and lost a lot of weight and shopped there ALOT!! My sister is 2 years out surgery and found out she's about 4 months pregnant (first one aunt for me) but my mom keeps saying don't trash your clothes, as you get bigger I'm gonna need them!! surgery: April 24th~~~current weight loss 27 pounds

So yesterday I had a little egg and I mean a little! I took an antibiotic for my cold and got sick. I didn't eat all yesterday and felt a little sick today and haven't eaten. No I'm not starving myself just I feel hungry and sick at same time so not sure to eat or not. Has this happened to anyone before? surgery: April 24th~~~current weight loss 27 pounds

Yes I've has I've had eggs before, I've even had few bites of cheese omelette and was fine, fills me up real quick. I've never felt sick from them before surgery: April 24th~~~current weight loss 27 pounds

Oops forgot to post mine. I've actually had two bad moments unfortunately. Once was pizza, I wanted some so bad I took a bite. But when it was in my mouth I felt guilty and spit it out but tasted AMAZING but just couldn't swallow. Second was actually just tonight. My family had gotten Boston market. I LOVE their food but knew I couldn't eat anything except potatoes and maybe corn so I was satisfied. But then they opened up the Mac and cheese which before surgery I could eat the whole thing by myself. I gave in a had a spoonful. Was it good, hell yea, was it worth it, don't think so especially cuss I'm only a month out and only down 27 pounds. surgery: April 24th~~~current weight loss 27 pounds

Does anyone have a plan to treat theirselves when they reach their goal weight? I don't mean food or actually treat wise I just mean something to reward yourself with? For me I love tattoos and tigers. I have an idea to reward myself, one year from now, with a tiger tat as a back piece. I can't explain very well what it will look like but to me it will be something I want. Reason I want to wait until I loose some weight is I'm very self conscience and loosing the weight will hopefully help with it and getting a tattoo like this I want to show off. So I have a little cold, nothing major, but my primary prescribed be a z pack. Now I gave always taken these when sick they never effect me. But today started my first dose and felt sick. I read the side effects and they were make you drowsy, nausea, and diareah. I experiences all three.
