I'm not sure if Tasha has sent out an email informing everyone that she has placed the pen pal program in my care. With so many things going on in her life, she felt it was essential that she allow someone else to continue the program. It gets easier. Try a protein bar. The Marathon Snicker Protein bars are great and healthy. They almost taste like a real snickers. Fiber One brownies and protein bars are also great!!! The brownies are so good and healthy. I know it seems real rough today but you can do this!!! We have all experienced days like you are having. I promise you that it does get easier. You can also create your own healthy dishes that will satisfy your sweet tooth.

People Who Don't Want to Participate Shouldn't Sign Up!!!! I was going to go on another rant about people who sign up and don't follow through, people who get a box and don't send one and people who send used stuff to others. I was going to rant about amoral people. I was going to attempt to explain again why people won't feel comfortable accepting something from you that is opened and used. How many of you go to the store and purchased used tissue? I know Tasha said to spend no more than $20 but I have chosen to just create great healthy boxes and not focus on the price. I've received some great boxes and I know I've sent some great ones but this month I'm really just confused. You can spend $2 and put together a great box. Why would anyone send opened and used product? I packed a box with $70 worth of items and I was sent used products in return. I'm just confused. Why used? I don't know you!!!! Anyway, I was going to rant but I've just decided to fade quietly into the good night and not participate any longer. For those of you that I've met through this site and had a great experience, thank you. Tasha, thanks for coming up with a great idea. For those of you who have failed to send boxes, sent out used stuff or signed up but didn't follow through, my prayer is that you never have to deal with someone just like you.

Thank you Tasha for a wonderful box in September. We were both stood up by our pen pals. I was stood up by two pen pals so it was refreshing to see Tasha volunteer herself.

My pen pal, Veronica, was absolutely fabulous!!! I can't explain how wonderful it was to actually have someone really interested in getting to know me. We talked for a couple of weeks before we even sent our addresses!! By the time I sent her box, I honestly felt very comfortable in the choices that I made for her. I now have a new sister because of this program!!!
