What part of FL? I'm in the panhandle. It would be my dream come true to even feel comfy here from apr-dec!! I can't imagine 102 with feeling cool..102 and I'm zapped like a ragdoll -

Finally keeping all my fluids & food down...saw a old coworker from last year and she was amazed and told me I looked so diff she almost didn't recognize me...I think that's a good thing!!! Feeling good enough to try to start back running soon. I'm excited about that....I just hope I can muster enough energy to do it..last week was the nausea now it's fatigue -

No dumping here..too afraid to push it. I am pretty much out and about and too busy and tired to really put myself in a position to where I could even have a dumping episode. I kinda hope if I did I would tho..sweets are a huge favorite of mine and where I def would lose control -

I won't miss having raw chafed thighs no matter what I put on them and having to wear compressions shorts under EVERYTHING in hot and sweaty FL!!! -
