We actually have the same highest weight and my surg weight was 213 but I'm 183 today. So we are kinda really similar. How tall are u? -

Going to see my surgeon today and a bit excited and nervous! Was down exactly 30lbs this morning and started giggling like a schoolgirl. Hoping my sleep apnea is improving as I'm now getting awakened by the pressure. -

I'm ashamed!!! I'm slacking alot since I've went back to work cause the hours and the commute and just so hot I'm having to force myself to keep moving. Nothing like I was just 2 weeks before even. Excuses I know but my fatigue is still kicking my butt. Hope he does some labs tomorrow make sure I'm squared away. Can't believe almost all our April peeps here are about 2 months!! -
Only that I didn't do it sooner happy for the hope I now see in my life and health

I think my sleep cycle has lost it's mind..about 3hrs is all u got last night and its time to hit the floor running. Night before last was only a bit better. Hmmm here's to hoping my concealer hides some bags happy Thursday -

I found these teriyaki tender bites at Walmart that is 10grams protein for 3 small pieces. I've tolerated these well and it's helped me make sure I've reach my protein quota without a couple shakes a day. The brand is called Jack links and i got the tender bites.

I've actually had a bite of something and I would think is this taste worth it? I've pretty much said no every single time and spit it out. Gross right? It's helped me tho..something about getting the taste of the forbidden and just triggering my brain. Helps my tastes have changed too -

I have to say all in all..I would do it again. I do miss certain foods and certain things I use to do but those were also triggers that sat me up for failure!! I needed this! -

I agree..you may just need to be checked out. Around week 3 really seems like a sucky time so I would want to know I was hydrated enough. I did faint around that time too so just be careful and have someone with u or maybe drive u. -

I'm telling a u..it's a serious thought haha does no good drinking all these fluids to lose em all when I open my door and just walk to my car. I was trying to walk the other night and it was so humid I was almost convinced I'd have a trail of sweat and bacon grease behind me I was sweating so bad! -

I made homemade pico de gallo tonight also!!! Great minds think alot..plus my hubby is hero worshiping me cause I grew it all except the lime and garlic hahaha -

Yes I feel ya..I'm like a vampire in the summer time..I creep out when it's nearly dark ..to be kinda comical but somewhat serious..I was reading on Pinterest about "moonlight gardening" thought was kinda far fetched but as the summer heats up...I may start a new fad hahahaha ha j/k -
