Me too I held my little boy really tight tonight. I feel just sick about it but hope tomorrow I can get a better idea how bad it is.

I'm ok but its flooded. I called my husband crying and I couldn't hardly get it all out to the troopers I was so upset. I have alot of thanking God to do tonight. Idk the last time I've been so scared. I barely could open my door the water was pouring in on me. Now I'm scared to death and not knowing what I'm gonna do til they check my car out.

So on my way home the road was flooded. I wrecked my car. I'm not hurt but my car is ruined!

Well my butt is tired! I made use of my time this morning and went and walked the dogs before 5 for awhile then came home and got on the elliptical as long as my knee would let me. Thought those things were suppose to energize u? I'm pooped and it's just lunch!! Not sure how I'm gonna make it til I get off and home to cook dinner. Of course it's another FL super soaker rain day too and guess who gets to get soaked! Have a good day y'all!

I've redefined the definition of insanity..now it's waking up 3hrs before your alarm for work goes off and being wide awake. 4 am I was still awake and snacking on cheese.

Yay!!! You must have dropped below 30 Bmi. I laughed cause I was saying the same thing to a friend on Friday!! It's a great feeling!!

I actually just told my husband all this after I wrote the post. He was shocked! I fed so unhealthily to deal with my emotions. Sad.

I have a clotting disorder so I did it about 2 wks pre op then in hospital Iv heparin then 2 weeks post op. not fun but I was terrified of a clot. It stings and isn't fun. Try to just be very matter or fact and do it..don't rub or touch the site afterwards and won't bruise( or as bad). Gave tons to my patients but I didn't truly appreciate how they felt til I was doing if myself.

Drink before like 30 min before u eat. I'm always thirsty with his heat. Then I'm not as badly wanting fluids. I allow the tiniest of sips if needed to clear my mouth then I click watch. At 1st I even sat alarms to know its time so I got my fluids in also.

I could only eat a few bites of the meat. Was pretty good.

Getting chopping pork shoulder tonight. Prob won't eat a bite or 2 but maybe will satisfy the head hunger of BBQ. Gonna do the sauce on the side. Maybe a tbsp won't kill my tummy. Call it the pre pms weakness. Hubby didn't like it but told him I had to turn the channel!!

I'm having some crazy PmS head hunger today. Was gonna go get some fresh shrimp at the seafood market today then it started raining and hubby & I started watching travel channel. Is been downhill since then. I've craved BBQ,hamburgers, coleslaw, ribs, collard greens, potato salad, Mac & cheese, fried okra,banana pudding, peach cobbler.....I'm a southern girl..there's a reason I got fat!! Luckily I may crave or think I want this stuff but I get to where I don't want to eat or nothing tastes good. Bizarre! Only thing I've enjoyed eating lately is a bacon tomato sandwich. I think I'd be in trouble if I liked eating again and if I didn't have my small punch. Watched YouTube videos to keep me grounded and focused on the long picture today.
