Ok so I took some pics tonight after my mini melt down. This is some of the hair I've lost today. This was just tonight from my shower. Hair lost from washing my hair Just brushing my hair afterwards This is only a fraction I lose. Is this more than normal? Idk. I just now my hair looks alot thinner.

I use at least a tbsp a day in my yogurt. I do also take the flax seed oil capsule. No constipation whatsoever since I started my flax kick. Hope t helps.

I got on the scales today and I've regained again. Tomorrow I'm gonna seek out a gym. I'm gonna make some calls today and the friends I think would be interested with me..gonna try to them to go with me. Keep me accountable. Prob gonna do all liquids and yogurt today. I will get my butt back in gear! I am really frustrated! It's pretty scary that I'm not losing but I'm gaining. I need to up my ante a bit. In the office today waiting for admissions to our hospice so I'm damn sure gonna shut my door and start exercising. Gotta make use of all my time. Any recommendations!?

Honestly this was the one thing with Tricare I felt that ironically I didn't hit some kinda issue with. I got my referral to a off base surgeon and it went through swiftly. I paid $400 program fee and $50 nutritionist. Not to bad. Good luck

That sounds terrible! Hope it was a isolated incident. I haven't had any at all since rny. I take Pepcid 2x a day. Maybe call your dr..I know the generic answer I don't think tums hurts tho. Calcium carbonate

I'm pretty sure I had about every bit of 10oz tonight. I've been feeling more hungry lately and snacking on cheese etc. I may just break down and call my nut on mon and ask her.

Yeah and if it is pitting edema..which totally sounds like it from what you described..I wouldn't let linger too too long. Sorry the nurse in me always comes out! The water pill may help just watch your body's signs for ridding too much causing dehydration. U got this tho! Today was another rainy one here. Of course!! A month straight of rain! I really think I am able to eat more than I should be. I had a bit of steak, some veggies, 2 small pieces of sushi and a bite of rice. I shouldn't be able to eat this much at less than 4 mo out!! I do miss those days I could barely handle a tbsp or 2!!! This totally scares me! I've gotta be able to reign this in cause I'm scared!

I think u are lucky mine is payback I guess for never having any when I was a teen. I def don't think u are behind u are doing too great!!

Well I finally lost the 2lbs I gained. Back to where i started. Idk. Not gonna try to over do the protein like I did before. That seemed to be the catalyst for my gain. So..moving forward

Yeah I know that I've done all I was told about measures to try to prevent/decrease hair loss. Guess it's just gonna happen. I hope it does stop eventually and I know I complain about it but I guess overall I'd shave my head bald if it Meant my losing the weight. The acne now..it's scars I'm afraid of. These little pimples hurt too.
