So I remember after 8years of being away from the gym what I love...weight machines! I have a weight date in the am with a friend and I'm actually excited. I have a formal event in the 1st part of oct and I would love to have toned arms. Hope y'all had a great day today.

I'm sorry y'all are feeling like this. I think it's kinda normal. I remember it all too well. I prob was more hormonal and emotional post op that I was pregnant. It did get better. There are so many changes and so many things you feel like are being thrown your way to adapt to after surgery..don't forget all the hormonal changes going on..it can feel overwhelming. What I learned was to rest what I could and comfort myself as best as I could..without my emotional filler food. Walk and get outside when u can..they preach that to u over and over but it's really true plus gets the body moving and the weigh as well. We all here understand and please lean on us when u need to..others who haven't had this journey don't seem to get it. Also..this shall pass!! It's all steps towards the final goal and you have made it through the hardest part! You got this!!!

I went in and I sat and the back. It was a small class and I told the instructor I had never did this before. She was great. Was a great workout and also very relaxing! I'm glad I pushed my self conscious fears away and went!

Ok my 1st time to a gym in 8yrs. I signed up for a yoga class tonight and was so scared to get out of my car. Feel a bit lost but willing to try for the challenge. I wanna try new things and get this body fit!!!

Thank u! Don't feel so skinny yet. I'm at 166 and holding. Yes I decided to take pic while I did still have hair!! I gotta admit the Moroccan oil helped the dry frizzy deadness so much.

Here is a updated pic. Fixed my hair today and actually wearing some makeup. Meeting one of the old drs I use to work for and a friend for lunch. Rare fix up Moment for me.

I'm scared to even imagine how many. I'm sure it's more than the normal. I bought some Moroccan oil to put on my hair to get rid of the dry straw look. I've always had thicker hair but is thinning terrible at my hair line making it look awful! I'm on the point where I'm either gonna buy some clip ins or whack it all off. I've loved my hair til this last month or so. Idk it's weird how attached I am to something as simple as hair.
