I do I honestly am trying hard to focus on the positive after losing the twins. Things still feel crazy and hurt so bad but there's still some good left in my life. I have my hubby and son and I can say I am blessed no matter how bad losing the babies hurt. If I ever get these hormones right...idk...at least I know I can get pregnant now. Rny was a success.

Ok I have finally found a pic of when I really was at my heaviest. It was my husbands cousin who took it without me really knowing it cause I avoided pics at all cost. I kinda didn't really have many reference pics. I started crying seeing this. This reminds me just how wonderful rny was for me..not counting the curing sleep apnea and all the other health stuff. 13 more lb to my personal goal even tho my dr thinks I could still get a bit smaller..I think it just might be possible!

Idk about u guys but..my butt hurts every time I sit for more than a few minutes! I don't miss being fat but I miss apparently having enough cushion back there to not make sitting down literally a pain in the rear! Car rides..work when I am sitting..it all pretty much sucks! Tell me I'm not the only one?? I love my new body..just not having to sit for long periods of time!!
  6. Yay!! Maybe that's the ticket!!
  7. Quiet possible. I myself can't handle milk anymore. I'm down to soy or almond. There are some who become lactose intolerant after rny. So it's ok just a change and adjustment u got this!!
  8. I think so but u know the useful phrase of talk with your dr I had nausea I think the 1st 2 months or so. A lot going on while u are healing and new dietary changes. Zofran became my friend for awhile and things gradually got better. Hang in there.!

    Hi ppl (Worries)

It's ok..I remember all to clearly being scared and in the same position where u are now. I knew I heard about stalls but didn't expect my 1st one so soon. It was right between week 4-5. I got so upset and thought it was over! Well The good news is it wasn't and things got better. There will be times u stall and wanna scream and times when all of a sudden u realize u lost more than u thought! The last few months I got upset cause only lost 6-8 in the recent months then I realize all Of a sudden I lost like 14 in a month! There were days/ weeks I lost nothing and then I put on my clothes and they were falling off of me. It's a weird journey at times where it doesn't always make sense but it's worth it! Hang in there and try not to get discouraged. Try to not let it frustrate u where u don't wanna eat Your body has a natural inclination to wanna hold on to things like its in starvation mode. Just wanted to give u some encouragement! This too shall pass and u are doing amazing!! Keep up the good work!

What a sweetheart! Yes! Hold on tight cause it's quiet a ride. Thankfully I've not had many complications and it's been such a blessing. I've ditched the cpap the last month or so and that's huge. It seemed kinda slow at times but that was my impatience more than anything. It's hard to believe all that's changed for me.

Date of your surgery? It does seem to kinda drag but u will be on the path in no time. I can't believe it's been six months! A few bumps and challenges but honestly the best thing I've ever done for myself!

    throwing up

Hi! Well I've had the rather misfortune to not be able to tolerate chicken. I actually have quiet an aversion to it after being sick from it several times. My nutritionist had told me to take a break and try dark piece as they would be the more moist part and maybe could tolerate it well. I had tried chicken prob about 4 times and had the same reaction no matter how well I thought I chewed. I've just concluded I can't tolerate chicken. We all have different little things that change after surgery. I can handle the very finely shredded pieces but that's about all I've had the nerve to try. I'm 6 mo post op. Good luck.

    Bowel issues

I've added flax into my diet and it really seems to help. I have been taking flaxseed oil as well as buy the whole flax which is pretty good and has a very mild nutty flavor. I sprinkle on my yogurt.
