I have " sleep maintainance disorder"...I can't maintain rem and yes it sucks.It's an inherited disorder...all my kids have it. Sleep disorders also make it harder to lose weight I guess. I found the clap unbearable.I got so dry!

As you can tell by my posts all night long I'm a chronic insomniac.Family trait. Trazadone gets me about five hours...I eat and sleep walk on ambien..and ativan? Too habit-forming for me.Anyone else have to do a sleep study before surgery? I just laughed.I've only had six of them.

Sure as soon as I post this my husband announces he's s taking the family to our favorite Mexican restaurant for a buffet for lunch. He wanted to know why I didn't want to go. Yeah I think I'll pay full price to eat 2 oz. of food. Now that's kinda frustrating.I thought he got it. -
I never go over three...don't think I could. My nut is big on listening to the pouch but gives rough guidelines. I will measure as I get farther out I think.

I had to do liquids for two weeks to reduce my liver and to get me used to diet changes. No lb. Requirement but I lost twenty no problem. -

I was back at work after two and got clearance to exercise at four....depends on Dr. and how you do I think. -

Welcome! Sorry you had such a bummer time in the hospital. I'd raise hell with administration...I reallly would. Glad you're doing better now that you're home. Things get easier.

The smells are hard for me! I usually try to eat when they're eating....unless it's outside of mealtimes. I try to eat approximations of their meals and since I shop...they eat pretty much what I shop for. I find myself gasping at their portion sizes...my husband ate some vegetarian sausage parties yesterday...but he had four of them! Yup that was me not so long ago! It's hard at restaurants.... -

I was freaking myself out by weighing constantly. I let that damnable scale rule my life for so long I force myself to stay away...it is natural for me to fluctuate day by day and I was just getting crazy about it. -
Protein States are individual too. I do unflavored Unjury in vitamin water...it's better than the flavored kind in my estimation.

I hope so too. It seems to totally be an individual thing.I'm almost four weeks out and a lot of people seem to hit a wall at4-6 weeks...probably transitioning to soft food.I just backed down to liquids and I feelnmuch better.

Aside from two days Ive had no nausea or vominting...was sick a couple days ago...now I'm fine. Don't be scared.

I had more problems with the inflatable bed used for bariatric patients...impossible to get into and sleep in. I made them weigh me and demanded a regular bed...guess I was difficult. -
