I'm having this! Cucumber, tomatoes, Serrano Chile, green onion, parsley, splash of rice wine vinegar, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, .combine. top with lime juice.I'm going to do everything now and let it marinate for an hour. Then I'll add in shrimp and lime juice and eat. Thanks for the idea! -

Went for an hour long walk this morning at 6:30. It was 70 degrees and sunny and the route was filled with peonies and lilacs...heavenly scents. Last year I would have been sitting around inside. I'm so grateful right now...so is my dog. He's really reaping the benefits of my new walking regime. Later we'll go to the dog park and walk for about 45 minutes more. Thank you God!

Not from San Diego, but wish I was! Love it out there! I'm from the frozen tundra: Wisconsin. I visited SD in January and it was about 72 the whole time I was there. I came back and we had the coldest week all year: a HIGH of 20 below zero!
