I avoid anything over 7 grams for fear of dumping. I do diet v8 splash instead of fusion for the same reason. I'm terrified of dumping. I saw a friend dump after eating spaghetti...she was SICK.

I was all set to do the sleeve but then I started hearing about people who had sleeve to rny revisions. I was also more comfortable with rny because it has been done for so long; there's data on long -term weight loss. There's only about eight years of data on the sleeve, and that made me somewhat nervous. -

Swimming is great! If you don't know how to swim you can take water aerobics...most of the time you can use floatation devices in deep water, or you can even water walk! Our local Y has water aerobics especially for people with arthritis. Do you have s Y near you? There's also a workout floatation device called an " aquajogger" made especially for vigorously treading water. I have chronic pain issued and swimming is the one exercise I can always to...no impact. -

Sounds like you're doing fantastic! Keep up the great work! -
If you're fainting, I think you definitely need a sit down with your doc and nut. You may need to eat small amounts more frequently or it could be a serious deficiency. Talk to your Dr ....I'm worried for you.

deaddemmama replied to renjames's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I can definitely eat more soft foods. I try to eat "hard " protein first then veggies. I can usually only do about two oz hard protein and I'm full. -
