Great Newsweek about Ltd! Hope your son is well! -
Yeah..I went a week with only losing a pound. My nurse program manager told me it happens to a lot of people..still hard not to jump on the scale all the time. I refuse to freak out

I measure my food and usually eat 2 oz dense protein and 1/4 c. Veg or fruit. I almost never have room for carbs. I'm lucky that I can handle chicken, beef, etc. Cause it really fills me up and gives a lot of protein bang for the buck.

I'm required to make up my protein with supplements. Sixty grams of protein is like 6-8 oz. of beef...no way could I eat all that!

Where is everyone from?

Hi punkin...I'm from Oconomowoc! -
I am wondering if anyone's Dr set a goal for them that they think is to high. My surgeon set s realistic goal for me of 175-185, but I'd really like to get in the 150-160 range. I see so many people on here who seem to set their own goals. My surgeon had me put my " dream weight"- 150, s weight I could live with happily- 175, and sn unnacceptable weight- 200. Just wondering how everyone set their goals. I was told average rny Wright loss is about 85% of excess weight, but so many seem to lose more. I'm. 5'10.... am I being unrealistic?
