We're trying flank steak stuffed with sun dried tomatoes, spinach, artichoke hearts, and mild bleu cheese. Pound steak thin, rub with garlic,salt,pepper. mix bleu cheese with greek yogurt and garlic in food processor until smooth. Spread in strip down center of steak. Place reconstituted, chopped tomatoes, spinach, and chopped artichoke hearts in beef and roll. Skewer to secure. Grill, turning often until medium rare...should be good. -

Every surgeon is different, but wow. I'm a month behind you, and there's no way I could get all my protein in without supplements. And I eat almost all protein. -
I eat at 7,11, and 5 everyday, no exceptions. Even if it's only a little bit, I do it to get into good eating habits. I do Protein in Vitamin Water in between. I can tell now when I need fuel...not hungry exactly, but more a body need for calories.

I would sip very slowly, and try room temp liquids. Not very palatable,perhaps, but better than dehydration.

1. 1/2 lbs orange roughy 1 tsp butter 1 lbs olive oil 2 cloves garlic minced 1 shallot minced 4 sprigs thyme 1/2 c white wine Juice of 1/2 lemon Sautee garlic and shallots in butter and evoo until soft Add wine and lemon juice and thyme sautee for a few minutes Prepare fish: pat dry and add salt and peper add fish to foil or parchment paper.divide sauce over each fishnadd one sprig of thyme to each packet Seal edges of each packet. bake at 350 for. 18-22 minutes until flaky Serve with roasted summer veg. just shopped...cooking this tonight..

Mediterranean chicken 4 chicken breasts 1/2 c fresh basil, chopped 1/8 c fresh thyme 1 c white wine 5 cloves garlic, chopped Large can chopped tomatoes or 3 c.chopped seeded fresh tomatoes 3/4 c sliced kalamata olives Salt pepper to taste 1 tbls evoo Cut each breast into three pieces lengthwise, salt and pepper Heat oil in large skillet Brown chicken in oil until brown on all sides, remove from pan Add garlic,herbs and wine to pan, heat on medium high until alcohol is cooked off, about 3 minutes Add tomatoes and olives...simmer 10 minutes until reduced by about 1/3 Add chicken and cover. Cook about 7 minutes until chicken is no longer pink Serve with orzo or quinoa Delicious!

Could we not use " gay" as a disparaging term?...that's as discriminatory as viewing fat people as second class citizens.

I really urge you to use a lawyer or advocate who knows the system...I tried it on my own and nearly screwed it up. They will try to trick you into saying your able to do things...like picking up your kids. They don't care if you can do the work you were doing, only if you can do any work like telemarketing or computer work.

It's amazing...fat discrimination is still so accepted. Insensitivity abounds and it's really hurtful. I would definitely make management aware.
