So feeling really down...I'm having all sorts of health problems. It's really messing with my life...don't even care about my weight loss right now. I'm still eating right, just not enough. Medications are causing nausea...yuk.Tired of feeling like crap. -

I only work about 12 hours a week....it's ridiculous to go to these trainings...I work at an after school daycare program, and they're training us on stuff like games for kids and behavior management...it's not like I taught for 20 years and have a masters degree! -

Still can't be in the pool.I have a major jones for water aerobics. Between my stroke like symptoms and my chronic pain, my exercise has been seriously curtailed....and my weight loss reflects it. Nothing to do but accept it for right now.

My pouch loves spicy...it has from the beginning. I love spicy food, so this was always a plus for me.

I hoped to get some sleep, too...nope! Up at 12:30 am....I've got training at work today, just wish I could sleep normally. -
My husband is wonderful...except when he's sick like today...then I'm supposed to wait on him he's the biggest baby in the world. Jesus, it's just a cold! As someone who lives in chronic pain, it can be frustrating to see someone make so much out of a cold!

Went to take my therapy dog to the local VA hospital...put on the fanny pack with the treat pouch and it was about 10 inches too big...yay! -
