Hi all 3 months out and 70 pounds - now help Was always told no alcohol in 3 months and now I'm drinking wine - no pouch issues but still struggling to eat but wine is fine - will this affect me?

If you are worried .... Ask the questions of your surgical team, I had morbid fear of dying and was v real. Yes you can die from op but look at research - all I know is I am so pleased I did mine

Good luck to all the June ops - mine was may 6 th and feeling fine rough first purée week but down 28 pounds in a month post op. It stops becoming scary and becomes the norm v quickly - be super positive and enjoy

Hi I am getting myself in a twist! Help I have moved onto purée and boy does my chest ( assume pouch) hurt! I tried poaching fish and broccoli and mashing with a fork - had two mouthfuls and Pain !! Is this purée?????

Lesson learned and I'm expert in soups now!!!

Not defined goal yet but expecting to be 75-80 as 174 cm - will be able to see my toes! Good luck Friday - it's all positive from having the defining date - makes it v real!

I'm great at losing weight 40 kgs no problem BUT I put it back every time so this will put an end to it..... You name it - sure slim- WW- Jenny craig - done them all then piled it back on!! From me exploring GBP to having op was 5 months due to hospital investigations etc but allowed me to get my head in the right space - was still frightened to death but the pre-op meds helped Good luck with the date - best to get done sooner rather than later as never a good time
