Im not a city person anymore although I have to work in the city, I don't like nor being close to ppk & hearing their conversation from my deck. I love sitting outside listening to coyotes howl & deer& turkey in the field.

I'm a july post op & stay cold always , dr says cause not so much fat to keep body heat in.

I'm now 4months post op & only lost 57 lbs so far & still get stalls so be patient. .

I believe rashes & irritation is exactly what drs need to submit for skin removal approval.

I been wondering if surgery was worth all this getting sick &recently finding stomach ulcers 3months post op & continue on zofran in order to be able to work my job.

Each dcoop is 21 grams of protein also.

Get unjury /unflavored protein & mix I scoop w/ 16 oz of diet v 8 splash that way you get your fuids &protein together plus taste great. I premix mine &always ready to go .

Hi everyone,please be aware that drinking coffee of any kind can give you painful stomach ulcers after surgery, I been drinking 2cups decaf a day & now I have stomach ulcers (very painful) my dr found them yesterday during another upper go. I couldn't keep anything down very long even fluids for more than 1he, I was hoping it was a stricture but it's something that may prompt another unexpected surgery if these nasty meds don't heal the ulcers. Please stay away from all coffee & tea, it's my lesson learned..

Don't let anyone ruin your time on here shay we are all in here w/weight issues, some ppl due act mean/hateful but don't let them bring you down to their level..
