Please try diet v8 splash w/ 1scoop of plain protein powder into a 20oz bottle if having issues w/protein shakes &still get proper protein intake. Its comes in two flavors I like tropical blend.

Mine can't stand Garlic, which I previously loved along w/tuna.. -
Possibly gallbladder. Just had mine removed Wednesday this week. My symptoms were back , shoulder, pain , pulled muscle feeling &chest pain w/shortness of breath like heart attack symptoms &feeling nausea after eating &lower back pain it comes up suddenly & my1st attack lasted 2 1/2weeks. Talk to your dr in depth if you get theses symptoms. Mine started about 3 1/2 months post op.

Try the p28 breads & bagels & pb2it peanut butters (6) varieties to choose from go to bariatric breads. Com & get full list. Walmart sells the pb2it it a a powder &taste great.

Be thankful gallbladder came out @same time cause I just had mine removed yesterday & I was worse than my gastric bypass surgery. But im home now & resting. Congratulations on coming to losers bench. -

now it's time for gallbladder to come out 6months post op,anyone know the recovery time? hopefully gallbladder dosent burst before surgery cause it has done serious harm to ppl in the past..

hair loss slows down around 6months which is when most ppl have lost majority of their weight, loss of hair will slow down but still keep protein up near 80grams daily,lack of protein can always give us hair loss.

I personally chose the bypass because long term health is better than the band &some ppl I work with are now doing a revision to bypass & err 're bands have failed them 4yrs later. -

@home alcohol & stress free kiss are grown ,husband on call 24/7 til Sunday plus I been working 7days a wknd since returning to work in September so a day of rest is in order for this girl.. plus I don't drink anymore

It was instant dumping I took running &told manager healthy menus dont include brown sugar or any sugars, then I spoke w/corporate office in Lebanon , tn &they are gonna revise there healthy menus soon.
