I'm almost 2weeks out (next monday) I'm bored &want to exercise so bad, we are buying a new treadmill tomorrow , but my husba nd has been walking everyday with me. He suffered 3heart attacks between July 4-6 followed by 4stents on the 8th of july , so thankful he is alive so now we journey together getting healthy. -
I been out doing stuff since day 9 post op &irs only 10 days post op now

My first post op appt @9 o'clovk in the am guess I will see then, I'm still sore ¬ supposed to bend over a lot or lift over 10lbs for another week. I return to work on August 12TH -

Did they give you lil 2oz cups @hospital? They make good portions for beginning out, I use mine gor a lot of measuring just fill em up &eat with applesauce, jello &etc plus my protein shakes it will all happen in time plus drink water.

I only took stretchy pants &flip flops cause ya can't bend over for a wk @least, my toothbrush of course they supplied the rest. I went in on monday @11:00am& out by2pm Tuesday
