I've got collar bones!! And I moved my bra hooks in a row and I can cross my legs again comfortably. I'm so happy to be getting my legs back. I always had great legs from dancing for 15+ years. -

I didn't even think of having a Popsicle. That would have totally hit the spot. That's going to be my snack after I water the shrubs again tomorrow. This heat is a killer.

I think your thinking of mederma. And yes it works. Neosporin also makes a scar treatment. You can start using it at anytime and it will take the redness out quicker. It'll also make them way less visible. I had surgery on my ankle twice and the surgeon went over the old scar the second time. Needless to say it was awful. I found mederma like six months after surgery and it definitely helped.

I disagree whether the it works wraps work. It's like the fad of wrapping yourself in cellophane from the 60s. It's a temporary fix. Once you stop using them you will go back to the way you were. The only way to take care of it is exercise and surgery. I've been a licensed esthetician for 10 years. Stretched marked skin is damaged skin and there is no way to get it back unless your willing to put in the work.

Just went out to water the shrubs. It's so hot I almost soaked myself with the hose in the front yard. I really miss chugging icy cold water. : (

They're a girls best friend! Lol. I've only had a hand full with a guy at 31 but I always do with a vibrator. Try making it part of your time together. Alot of men become defensive at the thought of them but ask him if he'd be open to try it. Worth a shot.

I had 2oz of steak. You heard it right...STEAK!! It was so yummy. I'm still on soft foods but it was perfectly cooked to medium rare. I had a little mashed potatoes too. Me and a friend are in Provincetown for the night. Highly suggest Bayside Betsy's. Worth the 20min wait. -

Finally!! I had my roasted chicken. I've been craving it since I started on soft foods and it was yummy. Also had a few carrots. First vegetable besides potatoes. -

Happy birthday!! Good for you!!! I need to get my will power in check. I went to a restaurant the other day and I could stop staring at the bread basket. It was awful. I didn't have any but I couldn't ignore it either. -

219.8!!! I'm below 220!! Can't remember the last time I was that low. -
Anybody ever get waves of warmth in there stomach. It almost feels like heartburn but it doesn't leave my stomach. It also is a little crampy. I did have an awful night last night with a piece of over cooked fish. Threw up four times. I don't know if that could be the cause. Anyone else have similar symptoms.

I just put on a pair of jeans that were too tight before surgery. Now they're 6 inches too big!! Woot woot!! I have been living in dresses so I haven't really been seeing the inches that have been coming off.
