I told my immediate family and a few friends. My mother told the rest of my extended family and the friends I told proceeded to tell the rest of my friends. So almost everybody knows now. It's not such a big deal. Almost everyone is supportive and those who aren't, don't understand it so I've been educating them. -
It's a stall. Most of us went through the same thing. Try to up your exercise and it'll pass.

That's funny cause I have to drink cold/ice water. Warm water makes me nauseous and doesn't seem to quench my thirst. -

Love love love the new do!!! I'm thinking if/once my hair starts thinning I'll get some extensions. Hopefully I can make it through summer without having to get them tho. It's too dang hot. Plus it would be nice to have super long hair in the fall. I'll buy some cute hats to wear too. -

Was 217.2 this morning. I have a bridal shower to go to next weekend and I really wanted to be 210. Doesn't look like that's going to happen. But I'll get as low as I can get. -

Ok this is a strange one. I have a speaker in my car that is blown and has been for awhile. It's in my center console. Up until now my butt muffled it so I couldn't hear it as much but now its the only thing I hear. So yea!! that I can hear it but boooo!! that I now have to buy a new speaker. Whatever tho, I'll spend $50 on a new speaker and be skinny. Lol. -

My food bill is way less. I only buy for myself but I think last time I went to the store I spent $35 and that was 2 weeks ago. But I'm also still on soft foods so that makes a difference. Once I can eat fresh produce and salads and stuff I'm sure it'll go up some. -

Welcome to the stall!! It sucks but it'll move. Best suggestion is to up your protein and your exercise. I usually have a three day cycle of not losing anything and the I'll lose for 2-3 days. It's strange but as long as it keeps coming off I'm fine with it. -

I found it at market basket right next to the cream cheese. It has a little yogurt taste to it but its not bad. 2tbsp- 30 cals 3G fat 1g sat fat 1g carbs 3G sugar 2G Protein.

Also the only cream cheese I had was a Greek yogurt cream cheese which has half the fat of regular. Maybe if they had the full fat they would be better.

I wasn't thrilled. I think I should have let them cook more especially since they were so big. They were very eggy. I think I might try to add some salt or flavoring to the next batch.

It's on world according to eggface. So good. Ricotta, pasta sauce, mozzarella, Italian seasoning and I put turkey meatballs in it. Pretty much lasagna without the noodles. -

Shelley's ricotta bake. It's still in the oven but smells amazing. Totally worth turning on the oven. -
I am getting so sick of chocolate. I've never been a big chocolate lover but when it comes to shakes and protein powders they seem to be the only ones I like. But I've just about had it with chocolate shakes, Popsicles, and powders. I need to switch it up.

Just checked them out in the oven. They're as big as bulky rolls!!! I think I went a little overboard. Lol. But I can use one and cut it in half for a sandwich. So I guess I did get ten. Lol

Is anyone having issues with serving size. For an example I was at a breakfast buffet the other day and they didn't have much I could eat so I just took some fruit. I had probably a cup to a cup and a half of fruit on my plate. I only at about 5 pieces, 1/4 cup, but why did i take this much? I know I'm not going to be able to eat it all. I just cant seem to get it out of my brain that I need a large serving. This is concerning to me especially once I get into maintenance. I know it's a long way off but still makes me nervous that I'll start eating larger portions before I should be. Any insight or similar situations would be appreciated.
