What ya eating tonight?

Hmmmmm that's interesting. I think it might be the wraps I've been eating. They have very few carbs but it might just be the bready texture. Other then that I had tuna yogurt an a protein shake. I think I'm going to throw them in the freezer so they're out of sight. They'll be a special treat from now on. -
No ice after surgery?

I never heard of such a thing. I lived off of sugar free Popsicles for a few days after surgery and there's no difference between those and ice. Strange. -

I am CRAVING carbs tonight. I want like a pound of pasta with Alfredo sauce and bread. It's driving me nuts. I haven't had a carb craving in almost two months. It's almost like quitting smoking. -
Yup. I did find a recipe for crab Rangoon dip that's made with light cream cheese. And you can baked the wonton skins. So it won't be as bad but definitely will be a special occasion food.

Yup. I sprayed them with a little cooking spray and put a little kosher salt on them and stuck them in a 450 oven for about 15 min. Keep an eye on them tho. Once they start to brown they brown quick. -
Awesome job weight warrior and kristlynn!! Keep it up!!

I miss cereal real bad. Especially frosted flakes. I wasn't a huge kid cereal person but frosted flakes were a weakness. I would usually have Cheerios, Special K, or Crispex. I think in a few months I'll try Special K with protein.

I made nachos and taco meat. Very spicy and I'm not usually a spicy person. Unfortunately going to have to drink some water to make it through. I made the tortilla chips out of a low carb high protein tortilla. They're delicious. -
I have tried tacos or beans since surgery. I'm hoping everything turns out ok.

Yea I saw those too. Tonight I'm going to make tortilla chips out of the Joseph's flax meal tortillas. Only 5 net carbs and 7 grams of protein. I'm going to have taco meat and cheese with them. Yum.

Does anyone know why were not supposed to take them? Do they cause ulcers? I'm sure my doc, nut, and psychologist mentioned something about it but I must have spaced out when they did.
-
I saw hummus chips the other day too. Have you tried them?

Steak tips. Can't wait til I can have a salad with them. And I find it strange that steak sits fine but I have an issue with fish. So weird. -

Got really discouraged clothes shopping today. I went to try to find a outfit for an interview on Monday and nothing fit. The pants that I tried on were a size smaller then I normally wear and they were tight. The dress that I ended up getting was an xxl and that's what I would normally wear from target. So where exactly did I lose 60 lbs? So bummed.

When I hit my three week stall I thought to myself that this wasn't going to work but I've lost like 20lbs since then. It works I you work it.

Pork tenderloin. About 2 oz with about a tablespoon of sweet potato. No a huge fan of sweet potato. If rather have butternut squash or something.
