    I was told once all my incisions were completely healed with no scabs I could take a bath or swim. They said about a month out.

    Thanks. I need to stop weighing everyday. It's more of a motivation to not fall back but it sucks not seeing it move everyday. I'm not devastated by no means I've almost lost 35lbs so far since liver shrink. Just didn't expect a stall for another week or two

    How long are y'all typically stalling for? Mine has been about a week now and each day I'm increasing my protein.

    I gave in and tried Japanese. I had steak, onions and zucchini puréed. It was so good! And my tummy has loved it!

    I'm 2.5 weeks and I'm eating about 4-5 times a day. I thought it was a lot but my doctor wants me eating 6 times a day... I feel like that's impossible.

    Eating out?

    I had chilis purée a chicken fajita Saturday and it was great looks like baby food but I was able to eat 1/4 of it there. I also got the potato soup but just about everyone's soups these days has a ton of fat. I did fine with a few bites of soup but I scared the whole time.
  10. I've had a few days were Im starving and I have also noticed that certain foods don't make me feel full but mashed potatoes an refried beans do. My nutritionist says its normal to eat 6 times a day but no more then 1 cup at a time. But like tonight I had puréed chicken and I never felt full. Ive also noticed that I'm constantly craving refried beans. Does anyone know what that means? I also 2.5 weeks out and I've Been stalled the last 3 days.

    2.5 weeks out and I've been stalled 3 days so far.. I expected to stall next week but is this to soon to stall? I've only been able to get in about 30g of protein a day and I'm pushing myself to do more. The clinic says just to try a little more each day. And I haven't walked the last two days so I'm going to make sure I do it tomorrow!

    All week I have only gotten 30g they tell me women should shoot for 60g but I feel like its impossible. They also told me to try increasing it slowly like add 5g extra each day but that it will take a few weeks to comfortably eat 60g of protein.

    Did anyone do steak, zucchini, an onions on your puréed diet? I puréed a chicken fajita an did well so I'm wondering how puréed steak will be?

    I just experienced my first restaurant that wouldn't purée a piece of chicken for me so I only got potatoes. I'll be glad when I can dont have to purée. People I don know are getting nosey.

    Yes! I haven't been able to walk outside because its sooo hot right now but I've been going to Kmart and Walmart and it is making a difference!

    I'm 2.5 weeks out and my doctor told me to eat 6-8 times a day no more then a cup at each time. I sometimes eat more frequently because I'm hungry but I only eat a 1/4- 1/2 cup at most. And my left side is still sore my RN said it will be for about 3 months but the more you walk to better it will get. Hope this helps!

    We have an ice cream shop called brusters and they had strawberry swirl that has 4g protein, 6g sugar and 0g of fat and it was Very good. I had about 5 bites that filled me up and I was satisfied!!
