How long before sleep in bed

I slept one night in a chair. I took meds every 4 hours. I didn't sleep 8 hours until about 7 days post op. I'm 3.5 weeks post, and I now can sleep on my tummy. -

Hi..it is not true that you can never do these things again. I have seen ppl get back fat. Your tummy can "re-stretch"...now my friend is 5yrs out. She can eat that stuff, but she eats it in moderation. She can eat a piece,but she will dump if she eats two.A fizzy drink might not feel good.

I'm doing good, so far emotionally. I have not been eating food, due to..I'm scared that I will tear something, and #2, I don't do we'll with mushy foods.
