    How about some NSVs!?!?

    I went shopping today and it was the first time shopping in "normal" stores. I have a seriously hard time wrapping my head around my size. I still think I am too big for everything. At one point I had a medium on, in talbots and still felt like I should be in womans. My friend couldn't understand how I was struggling and not thrilled. Seriously bizarre ... On a positive note I bought several really cute outfits to help me sail thru the next couple months. My top half is small (medium) but I still wear a 16 pant because of my fat stomach. I think that's why it is hard. At only 5'3" I still feel huge in a 16.
  2. Before surgery I loved eggs. Now the thought, smell ir sight of them turns my stomach... my tastes have changed completely.

    What do you think a stall is? Losing as much as you have lost in 2.5 months does not constitute a stall. Really look at the big picture and stop worrying about the daily scale. You are doing great so stop worrying. I know it is hard trust me but you'll be so much happier if you just relax and enjoy the ride.

    Ramen noodles are really not good for you. Look at the nutrition count and remember the package is two servings not one like most people think. It is super high in sodium and fat.

    65-70 grams of protein a day but not taking a separate biotin. Maybe I should add that. I was hoping I'd skip the hairloss phase.

    25 minutes weights. 45 minutes walking on treadmill.
  19. 15 since august 15th seems pretty good to me. I was revised from band to bypass on june 12th and have lost 26 since. I would expect slower results with a revision at least that's what I was told. Good luck with everything!

    Food Logs Discussion

    Raspberries are really high in fiber. 8 grams a serving. It is an easy way to increase fiber while still staying low fat.
