I haven't gotten sick or had any issues either. I do measure everything and take chew really well taking my time to eat my planned meals. I even had 1/4 cup of blueberries today with some cottage cheese. It is easier for me to eat now than it was with my band. -

I agree with you both I truly believe logging our food is key. I got the band five years ago and was revised to RNY two weeks ago. I have logged my food ( good, bad, ugly) for the last six 5.5 years. I can show you exactly when I gained and why. I am a meal skipper and if I don't break my calories up into 5-6 small meals/ snacks I am doomed. I have tried several of the applications but always come back to my fitness pal. I love spark people too but there is too much information on that site for day to day tracking (imo ).

Cantaloupe is a great idea because it is loaded with potassium. Great idea. I think I will get some. Im so worried about my potassium and never want an IV infusion of it ever again.

Chike protein powder coffee flavored for breakfast. Awesome!! -
Wow. Just goes to show how every doctor is different. I sure hope you start to feel better. Luckily I haven't had any stuck feelings yet but I sure remember that feeling from when I had my band. It is horrible. Maybe try liquids for 24 hours?

MFP shows totals. Look at the daily summary. Water is tracked there too.

How far out are you? If you had your surgery in June, isn't it too early for salad?

Yep I am so glad it is on mine too because I can't stand protein shakes. I am trying to get my protein from food. It is really hard to get to 60-65 grams but I am trying. Greek yogurt at 15 grams is my bff except I can't quite finish them. -

3 ounces grilled scallops. They were so yummy and no nausea!! 17grams protein to boot! -
Well today is exactly 2 weeks post op for me. I vowed to only weigh once a week on Wednesday's and today was my day! I lost 5 lbs this week which thrills me. That is the most I have ever lost in a week. I am 211 now. Yah me! I still have my G drain in. It is a total pain but since I was a revision I understand why they did it. It has to stay in another 2 weeks at a minimum. So much for my recovery on the beach... I need to start walking more it has just been so hot. I might go join a gym next week so I can walk on the treadmill. Onederland here I come!!

Better to get it from bed bath and beyond because you can use your 20% coupon. That is if there is one nearby. My ninja was 99.00 but with the 20% came down to 80.00
