They still have to cut you even tho it is laprascopic. 5-6 half to one inch incisions. That is what is glued or stapled after.

Is it a trend? I bought a lobster tail and am grilling it. I am grilling zucchini too. Lobster tail is small and I plan to eat 3 ounces. -
Not every surgeon uses staples. Mine doesn't. He used glue which is nice because when the incisions heal the glue comes right off.

Try some skim milk. You need Protein. I drank three cups a day when I was on liquids. -

I eat two greek yogurts every day and a probiotic. I can't stand the taste of milk of magnesia so I'll just keep trying miralax. Maybe I need the water.

I bought a lobster today too!! Very funny. -
I use the grape celebrate. They are pretty good. Calcium is the one I need to do a better job with. I need to find a higher dose calcium because I never seem to get all five chewables in per day.

It is totally normal. I am almost three weeks out now and just starting to be able to eat more that. 2 ounces. I measure everything and eat 3 ounces 6 times a day. Unless it is a Protein shake. Your body is still healing so relax and know it will happen.
