Having a huge issue !! All day all I wanted to do was eat !! I having been mainly eating protein but only little amounts at a time .... Is that maybe why?

Need help!! I am going out to dinner tonight with family for a celebration! I am torn between prime rib or stuffed flounder... Which do you think would be most safe for me to eat... I am scared to get sick while I am out with family...

So I am 5 weeks out and I was wondering if lobster or crab legs would be okay to eat? I am on soft foods transitioning to solids soon!! Also has anyone started eating salads yet?? I loove my salad and I'm scared to even try yet!

My incisions on my belly were glued instead of stapled... It's the couple holes they open on your stomach to get inside...

I had the same effect I but it was my face I was itching like crazy!!! It's just from the pain meds it's a little effect from it ... They kept giving me Benadryl so I would stop itching !

I had my surgery June 3rd and I am still in a lot of pain when I wake up in the morning... I feel so uncomfortable my shoulder has the gas pain and it takes me like an hour in the morning to finally feel somewhat normal it's so hard to deal the with pain !!

I started my puréed a couple days early my doc said as long as I can handle it and I don't feel any discomfort ! I couldn't take the liquids any more ! Good luck (:

Yesterday I was extremely uncomfortable all I can say that did help was walking..,, I cried and cried and cried all day yesterday today I am doing a lil better

Yeah i get uncomfortable if I lay on my stomach for too long it's irritating! I don't want to rush things but I can't wait for the happy ending so emotional !

My surgery was June 3rd and everything went extremely well all the nurses knew who I was, I was walking at all times of the day and night... The liquid diet was not too bad I am actually on the puréed foods right now and I am scared to branch out! My dr said I can have scrambled egg whites and that did not go well I got extremely nauseous and I absolutely hate that feeling.... I am now rated Greek yogurt has so much Protein unsweetened applesauce and all I can drink is Water if I drink anything else my stomach feels weird... I am very happy and grateful for this surgery but I am just in need of support I am so uncomfortable since my pain meds are done I can't sleep I am going through crying spells and I am just soooo frustrated Help
