I use unflavored Greek yoghurt! It's not so lumpy but ill have to try it with the cottage cheese

My insurance covers it every 3 weeks. I got three months. Then have about 4 periods a year. One every quarter. Solo much better! Oh and if you have a hard time getting it in use an empty tampon applicator!!! A MILLION times easier

I want to tell you something... First you are a beautiful human being. The amazing thing about life is that it it has the ability to be anything. You may not realize it, but to someone you are their everything. Nothing positive comes from that. Believe me I understand your pain. Hey guys I am having such a hard time sticking to the diet the dr have me no breads or pastas, eat 5x a day 2 oz protein and 2 oz of a veggie or low cal snack like almonds or carrots... Also I have to drink protein shakes. The one I bought is terrible

I can honestly say that it is so hard. I have about 0 will power but I have to rework my way of thinking. I look at a candy at and think that is 2 hours on the treadmill... Or is that drink worth one judgmental look or second thought? That's the only way I can do it

Does my nutritionists visit have to be exactly the same day each month? I got a letter saying they moved one of my visits back 3 days. Will that effect if my insurance will take it?

That sounds good! The only one I have been able to do it the Special K pre mixed but they're expensive. Have you guys tried the tasteless protein?

Just so you know most company's have a section in their employee handbook. I know where I work we are not to discuss fellow employees medical history or problems. It is grounds for termination. However if I choose to discuss that is fine but it has to be positive

Yes I have to have 6 months through my primary and 3 through my secondary.. They go off primary... It would take 3 moths to get all of these visits in anyway lol.

Yes I chose because it is so dangerous if you become pregnant in the first 18 months because your hormones are crazy and you lack nutrients.

I am on the nuvaring and I love it. I don't have to swallow and remember pills.. I can skip periods if I want. Also it's free now in Ohio. I think though I may get an Implant just in case if I get the surgery.
