I think at one point of another we where all there. I was there my first week out when i was in liquid diet. Now i am able to eat everything but in a way smaller portion. Now i think it was the best thing i did for my self. Just hang in there go let out a cry u will do great. -
Omg mine was quick also i had my first appt March 3 and surgery was April 4th. I have a coworker that has Kaiser and wants to do the surgery. But they keep telling her she needs to do other things. Did u have to do other thing or waited for a certain amount of months. Thanks sorry for asking all this

I have a feeling i am going to end up like u :/ -
I think at one point or another we all have that moment. I am 4 weeks out and i went through it at 2 weeks at a family party everyone having a good time eating and all. And me with my water. But it will get better trust us.

Omg i through it was just me missing food. I am just at stage 2, have a while to go before I can try real food. The foods that I am craving the most r sushi, pizza, and a hamburger. Of course all the bad things

Good morning, i am so glad i found this app. I just had surgery on April 4th. I have a question, I have been in the liquid diet and i am getting tired to of. Did most of u waited til day 15 to try something new?

Thanks i was given the same diet as u but i am sure getting board of the same foods. I was wanting to till mash potato. What do u think.

Hello ladies. I am soooo glad i found this app. I am 9 days out from my surgery. I am getting board of the foods i can eat. Did u ladies really waited till day 15 to try new foods???
