Hello, I am 41 days out of surgery, and 33 pounds down. I love every minute of every day. I still have some hard times but, over all it's going great. So, how old are you? How long are you out of surgery? && what are your biggest struggles?

Well tomorrow is officially one month post op, I am down 30lbs && still really fatigued from surgery. Today my fiance && I are starting a work out routine today, he is awesomely supportive. Anybody else one month post op or somewhere near one month post op?

Okay, I am 23 yrs old, with 4 kids && although my fiancée is an amazing help I still find myself struggling to have energy! Could this still be surgery fatigue? I take my vitamins like I am supposed to && drink my protein shakes, but still no luck! Any advice? I need it! Thank you in advance

Hello every body, My name is Cecilly'Cera most ppl call me Cece. I am 23yrs old && a mother to four beautiful children. A few months ago I was laying in bed doing homework, my then four year old at the time, says to me, "Mommy lets go outside && play." My response, " Not right now son mommy is tired." My son then says the words that broke my heart, "But mommy your always tired && don't like to play with us." It was then that I realized I needed a life changer. At the beginning of all of this I weighed 297 lbs. Today four weeks after surgery I an 254 lbs. The surgery has changed my life already && I am glad to find a support group to talk to && get new ideas from.

Giw has ur journey been this far? How much weight have u lost? I too received my surgery March 11th

Thank you. I was extremely scared before getting surgery, the beginning is a struggle but things do get better over time. I am glad to have found this app its great for extra support from those who are embarking on the same journey I have taken.
