Have you tried the Atkins frozen dinners? They are low carb, low sugar and high protein. They are microwaveable. -

Had surgery 2/11/13 starting wt: 353 now 290 for the last 2 weeks!! Have not done any measurements since surgery. I had the biggest surprise today when I went shopping for a wedding dress and fit into a size 24!!! I have been overweight ALL my life. I haven't seen a size 24 in years. But I will admit I was scared to go and try on dresses for that moment of fear was there of the dreaded " we don't have your size". Famous words of the skinny sales girl!! -
