Ok, enough of this bullshitting myself already! It stops NOW! I am almost 9 months out and only managed to lose 107 or so pounds. I still have 60 to go!! And why? Exercise and the LACK thereof. But this is stopping RIGHT now. So here are my goals for January: * gym 4 times a week (20 min treadmill, 20 min elliptical/rower, 20 min weights) * Saturday and Sunday: stationary bike for 30 mins * work on mindful meditation See you all on the other side!

I found you! Thanks Dori for the help! People, are your weather temperature in Fahrenheit? We use celsius. If that is the case, i did a conversion, and over the holidays we had an average of 102 fahrenheit. These minus temps are freaking me out!! You should all come visit south africa next winter - then we can have a christmas at the beach - a real african christmas Mama, i am so very sorry about this ghastly loss your family had. I do not have the words. I am praying for you and your sister, here from far away, for strength and consolation. I've missed you all xxx -

Hiya all! Thanks for the welcoming party hehe It is going okish. Still struggling with some mental issues. Thank goodness i cane to realise that i was eating before the op to self-medicate. Big realisation! And thank goodness i dont do that anymore. I am however kinda taking cough syrup at times to zombify my anxiety a bit. I know it is not good and very unhealthy. But i am trying to get theough it. This journey is one step at a time. Going to my paychiatrist again on monday, so perhaps he'll up my meds and i dont feel the need to self-medicate... Let's hope and pray for that. Furthermore my country is in mourning for losing our greatest son, Nelson Mandela. I am quite distraught, as is all my fellow countrymen. I missed you girls so much! -

Tried to redownload it, but then it disappeared alltogether! And that is when i realised something is amiss. And at last i found you all! -

Man i havent been on here for a while. I am not doing all that well these days. Sorting out anxiety and depression stuffs. Back on meds for a month now and it has been a struggle. My weightloss is non-existent. Just trying to sort myself out. Getting better is more important than the food and diet stuffs at the moment I feel. Just a word of warning. Dint EVER eat corn off the cobb. I nearly died a few days ago due to some um, obstruction business in the bowels... I was in the bathroom for more than an hour. Don't do it, ever!!! The pain and suffering is ghastly! Hope you are all doing well I miss you guys! -
Want to order one for me. Just want to know what you think of it and if it works nice and worth the costs involved? I love that it has that sleep cycle thing in it too that wakes you up at the right moment to feel refreshed

She says i need a year plus therapy. Dont know what to make of it. Was booked off for the week by psych and scared to go back to work and what trouble i might get there then. Wish i could resign ;-( Hm i really need to update my blog with all this new info. -
Told me I have a Fatty Liver. HUH?
Obeasta replied to meyouus's topic in Gastric Bypass Surgery Forums
We ate too much junk for years and years so most of us had fatty enlarged liver. Following a liquid diet shrinks it enough for surgeon to do a better job operating, as your stomach hides behind the liver. So if the liver is smaller, safer for you and doc. Just follow pre-op liquid diet to the t and you will be fine. -

Hi all I am looking into ordering my Vitamins online. We have a whole regimen of stuff we have to take and I am looking for other products as I am not coping. Currently I have to take 1 Multivitamin, 1 huge ass pill containing Omega 3 and 6 and then also 1 Iron pill (called Autrin). With this i also have to take two sachets of Calcium citrate in Water, but not at same time. Because we cant take calcium close to iron and also not allowed to drink anything for 40 mins before and after meals, and meals happen 6 times a day it reeeaaally takes a LOT of management and planning and something that just dont work out every day. Also the calcium shake i have to take tastes vile and i struggle to get it down so i just leave it most days. I know this is bad. That is why i am looking into ordering online some of your products. Please help me with info as i have no idea what your regimen is like, but i have a feeling it is easier and less hassles. Thanks all!
